The Total Wedding Experience
All Inclusive Galveston Destination Wedding Package
For the bride who just got engaged and either doesn't know where to begin or who's busy lifestyle doesn't leave time for planning a wedding. We are with you from start to finish. We'll help you design the perfect event that truly reflects your personality and vision. From securing vendors and finding the perfect location to coordination of both the ceremony and reception, we will be there until the last guest leaves.
Services Include:
Recommendations of vendors and venues
Establishing a bridal timeline so that you are always aware of what we are working on and what you need to do
Checking the availability of venues and vendors
Setting and attending appointments for site visits and vendors such as menu tastings and cake tastings as your schedule allows
Site visit to ceremony and reception venue prior to the wedding to develop a floor plan and discuss decor and event flow
Review all vendor and venue contracts
Vendor management
Assistance with hotel accommodations
Arrange for guest transportation for the bride and bridal party
Creating an Itinerary for the Day Of
Assist with the arrangements for the rehearsal dinner
Directing the rehearsal
Wedding team on site for the coordination of both the ceremony and reception
Assist photographer in gathering guests and family for photos
Distribution of any last-minute payments or gratuities
Preparation for Formal Departure
Unlimited phone calls, texts, and emails
Up to 4 In Person or Virtual consultations
Up to 12 hours on the day of; Additional time may be added

Wedding Day Coordination
You've secured the big stuff like finding a venue and a few vendors, but you are overwhelmed when it comes to finalizing the smaller details such as what rentals to order and how to stay in budget without compromising your vision. We can step in and help you stay on task, secure any remaining vendors, and ensure that all of your plans are working seamlessly.

Assistance securing up to 3 remaining vendors
Vendor appointments for remaining vendors
Site Visit to ceremony and reception venue prior to the wedding to develop a floor plan and discuss decor and event flow
Review of vendor contracts
Vendor management
Creating an Itinerary
Directing the rehearsal
Wedding team on site for the coordination of both the ceremony and reception
Assist photographer in gathering guests and family for photos
Distribution of any last-minute payments or gratuities
Preparation for Formal Departure

Deluxe Day Of Coordination
You've secured all your vendors and signed all your contracts and have all the details planned out but you want and deserve to hand over the reins to a professional team on the big day. We call this "Day Of" coordination, but our work actually starts up to 30 days before your event.

This package is designed for the couple who is having a simple wedding day with mostly family and close friends and they would like for someone to ensure that the day runs smoothly
Creating an Itinerary for vendors and the bride, groom and bridal party
Directing the rehearsal
Wedding team on site for the coordination of both the ceremony and reception
Assist photographer in gathering guests and family for photos
Review floorplan provided by client and discuss decor and event flow.
Create an Itinerary
Distribution of any last-minute payments or gratuities
Distribute items for formal departure; direct guests to departure area; ensure transportation is ready

Wedding Ceremony Director Package
This package is for the Bride who has a larger bridal party or a complicated procession with a simple dinner. Your a little nervous about your bridal party knowing what to do and when to do it. We will step in and assist with the planning of the flow of the ceremony, conduct a rehearsal with your bridal party and everyone involved in the processional and be there the day of to make sure everyone gets lined up on time and is in the right place. We will cue entrances and make sure you are in place for your entrance.
